- The blue cotton covers are removable so could be replaced. 3 seater: L210 cm 2 seater: L184cm Slight wear to arm on 2 seater (pictured). I have made cream fitted arm covers for both settees which you can have. Very comfortable!

- Toilet, sink, shower tray & glass folding door shower enclosure available soon. Actual shower not included. All are a sort of beigy cream colour, shower tray faintly olive greenish but they match as long as you don't stare too hard. Hope to remove without damaging but no guarantees!

- Bread pan and paddle for Morphy Richards breadmaker, Fastbake 48280. The breadmaker doesn't work - the paddle doesn't turn and the baking element trips my electrics, but if you think you can fix it, you can have that as well. Hopefully someone can use the bread pan if theirs has failed.
