- Good quality brand new toilet seat, with all fittings. Wrap-over lid style. Measures 41cm depth, 34cm width. It is top fitting - that is to say there are no wing-nuts underneath. Please check your fitting holes and measurements, as it's quite a small seat.

- Lemon balm plant - ideal if you like to dry the leaves and make herbal tea. It's just coming through at the moment but will bush out and then die back in the winter. The pot (10.5 inches diameter and 9 inches tall) is HEAVY, so you'd need transport to collect it.

- We are replacing our bathroom and have some unwanted fittings which are still in reasonable condition. We would need someone to agree to take these away on a particular date - probably in February. There is: Washbasin and taps: 45cm depth. Width at wall 50.5cm, Max width 55cm. Ht 85cm. Toilet: 70cm deep, Ht including cistern 76cm, Ht to seat 40cm, width 36cm. Bath and taps: width 80cm, length 180cm, ht 56cm Grohe shower fitting. Bathroom cupboard with sliding mirror doors. Ht 40cm, width 56cm You are welcome to come and see these before deciding.
