- Works fine, it’s just been replaced with a different doorbell. The outside bell is slightly discoloured but perfectly operational, the inside bit just plugs into a normal power socket.

- No idea what these are actually called but they are all unused and from gifts that contain shower gel etc. we don’t use these and so they were tucked away. Use with soap or gel to buff and wash with. Ideally prefer them to all go together

- Please note this does not come with a hard drive - that needs to be added but is easily done. I no longer use this but worked fine - I’ve only used it with IP cameras via onvif but it has vga and hdmi connections for monitor and two usb for mouse/keyboard. I can’t remember if it has a password but if it does I guess there is a reset button or there is a battery on the motherboard that could be removed which might reset things.
