- 2 / 3seater sofa bed, with metal framed pull out bed. 180cm wide, 100cm deep, 80cm high. Has been faded by sunlight and some damage to fabric where cat scratched, but still serviceable (could be covered by a throw etc). No mattress for bed, so will need an alternative. Fire safety label still attached.

- Beech coloured PC workstation cabinet. 91cm wide, 74cm high, 50cm deep. Pull out keyboard shelf. Some slight discolouration to top surface, but generally in good order.

- Double sofa bed. 200cm wide. Some water staining to woodwork and stitching on mattress has split on back. Already part dismantled into base panel, back panel and two sides for transport. Largest piece is 190cm by 80cm, so will need a large car or van for transport, or further dismantling, which unfortunately I have no time to do. Quite old, so signs of wear and tear, but still serviceable. Fire safety label is still attached to mattress (ikea mattress, not original to sofa frame).
