- These sofas are still in good condition and comfortable, no wear or tears. The only issue is that the 2 seater has been in the conservatory and is a little faded. The 3 seater is 72" long and the 2 seater is 57" long. I don't mind splitting these but I do need them collecting asap as I am downsizing and will be moving soon. - Good quality double bed with 4 storage drawers and pink headboard. It has been used in a guest bedroom. I can't see any fire labels. The mattress is very clean though I haven't turned it over to check the other side. I can include bedding and newly washed pillows but not a duvet. I am downsizing which is why I am offering this.
