Stone effect concrete blocks (Frogwell) (Chippenham SN14)
22d
- We have several piles of stone effect concrete blocks. These are similar to Cotswold Bradstone blocks (the buff coloured ones in the background that are not included), but not exactly the same (hence the reason they are not required). One pile is been has been dressed but sat for quite a few years, so probably need a pressure wash off. The other pile is from demolition of our conservatory dwarf wall - a few blocks are cleanish, but most need dressing. A few even still have cavity ties attached. You will need to transport them and they are heavy, but you can do multiple trips. Can split if you don’t want all of them.

- 23 x 400mm x 600mm buff coloured coping stones. These were on our garden room, but unfortunately they were too short as it should have had a drip detail on both sides. These have been removed and we have replacements. 2 have been cut to length and 4 have been cut at 45 degrees to form the corners. They will need a little bit of dressing to clean the excess mortar off them. They are heavy (~27.5kg each) - so probably 2 loads in a car!

- ~4x4m uPVC conservatory with opening windows and double doors. The roof is made of double layer plastic channel panels. Some of the window panels have condensation in them, including one of the door panels. Currently 2 drain pipes go through one of the roof panels. Originally built in the early 2000s. Needs to come down due to building work starting soon. Ideally need it gone in the next 2 weeks.
