Free: Paramount Exterior Stain unopened (Parker Ave & Pearl St 60505) Expired 45d - This is from 2020, so I cannot guarantee it is still workable, but unopen.

Free: Keurig with Storage station (Parker Ave & Pearl St 60505) Expired 45d - Red, good condition, fully functional. Just don't use it anymore.

Free: Excercise Knee crunch station (Parker Ave & Pearl St 60505) Expired 45d - Spring Cleaning! In good condition, could mount with bolts to timber.

Free: Vinyl Vertical blinds and Valance (Parker Ave & Pearl St 60505) Expired 55d - There is no hardware. White, Decent shape. 20 x Blinds @ 3.5" wide x 82.5" long. Valance is 20' wide. You don't have to take the valance if you just want the blinds.

Free: 35 or so seed packets for garden (Parker Ave & Pearl St 60505) Gifted 1y - These seeds are packed for 2021/2022 growing season, but have been refrigerator kept and should have several seasons left of fertility, I personally have gone over 5 years from date without a germination problem. Mostly Tomatoes, Peppers and Brassicas. These were new varieties that I tried that did fine, but over the past couple of years I have established favorites that I will be planting this year.

Free: Queen Mattress + base 'box spring' (Parker Ave & Pearl St 60505) Expired 1y - If you want only one, that is fine, going to trash this Tuesday if no one takes it. The metal base 'box spring' is newer and very good condition with a cover. The mattress is Sealy Foam in a protective cover that can be removed, about 5 years old and on the softer side - good condition.

Free: Denon AVR-591 reciever (Parker Ave & Pearl St 60505) Gifted 1y - Works, good condition, just don't need it anymore.

Free: Queen bed frame (Parker Ave & Pearl St 60505) Expired 1y - I guess you can't call these a box spring anymore. Good condition. We got ghosted, so it is still available as of Wed 1/18.
