- KS2 A4 size mental arithmetic work book. In very good condition but 6 pages at start were filled in. The rest has not been used. Answers are in the middle of the booklet so they can be easily taken out if preferred. Useful practice work book for 9-10 year olds.

- This is a small hutch which is made up of a shop bought part (top) and a home made part (bottom) that was added to extend the space. It is a small hutch and we used it only as a sheltering space from weather / to rest when our animals were out in their large run. (They have a different set up now) It measures approx: 95cm length 91cm height 44.5cm depth It does need some TLC. As you can see from the photos it has been outside and the bottom door has swelled so gets stuck and some of the extermal panel is peeling. It is however sturdy and perhaps could be useful for someone for a smiliar use?

- 2 shed doors. Taken from a shed with a mobility scooter. These worked as pair although different widths. The narrower door measures approx. 57 cm. wide x 166 cm high The wider door measures approx. 96.5 cm x 166 cm high Doors are pretty sound but will need a clean at the bottom.
