- Used to use it to watch the dog. longer needed. Connect an ethernet cable from your router into the back of the camera. Then plug the USB into the back of your T V (or any device with a USB port) to power the camera. You need to download the IPC360 app to link the camera to your phone. Takes a micro SD memory card.
