Free: BMW radio / cassette player (Craigentinny EH7) Expired 140d - This was a good quality car stereo which we rescued from an old car that got written off. I've just found it in a box and don't imagine there will be takers for it, but just in case you love your cassettes in the car - it's free if you want it. Free: Cast Iron Grate for fireplace (Craigentinny EH7) Expired 186d - Found this in our new house and have no use for it. It's a bit rusty but would probably clean up fine. About 40cm wide and 25cm deep.

Free: Cat Tree (Craigentinny EH7) Gifted 189d - Our cats have loved this but it's too tall for our new house. Cost around £75.00 on ebay but happy to donate it to a good home! It needs to be assembled again but I made lots of diagrams when I took it apart!

Free: Vileda Steam One Floor Cleaner (Craigentinny EH7) Gifted 189d - Bought from Lidl very recently in a sale. Great in our old flat but we've just moved and don't need it anymore. Only used a handful of times. The microfibre pad has gone missing in the move but ebay has them at a very reasonable price. I can't take it apart to fit it back in its box but that's probably just me! Free to the first person who wants it.

Free: Fire screen (Merchiston EH10) Expired 233d - Up-cycling project anyone? The frame is sound but unfortunately the glass screen is broken and would need to be replaced. I don't know if it's the sort of thing anyone would be interested in but I'll hang on to it until Tuesday just in case! Thanks

Free: IKEA Ekby Jarpen / Ekby Bjarnum Shelves plus 3 Ekby Valter (Merchiston EH10) Gifted 329d - 1 shelf (Ekby Jarpen), 1 shelf (Ekby Bjarnum) and 3 Ekby Valter wall brackets. The shelves have minor damage which I've tried to show in the photos, but they'd be fine for a garage or a workshop. Approximately119cm long x 28cm wide. Very solid. I'll hold on to them for a couple of days but need the space urgently, so quick response / pick up would be welcome. Thanks.

Free: 48 Pouches (Approx) Cat Food (Merchiston EH10) Gifted 331d - We have 2 fussy cats who won't eat cod, turkey, duck...the list goes on. I have collected around 48 rejected pouches (mostly Sheba and Gourmet Perle) which I'd love to give away to anyone with a more reasonable cat as soon as possible. Get in touch if you're interested. Free: Decca Speakers (Merchiston EH10) Gifted 332d - We used these in our cafe for several years and the sound quality was good. They've been lying on a shelf for close to 10 years so are a bit dusty and unloved, but with a bit of a clean up, they'll be great. If you want them, they're available for the next 48 hours or so.

Free: JVC Radio, CD & Cassette Player + Speakers (Merchiston EH10) Gifted 332d - It's old, but it works and the sound is pretty good! They need cleaning up a bit as they've been in a dusty cupboard for a while. We don't need them but we do need the space, so if you want them, they'll be available for the next 48 hours or so.

Free: Electric Juice Extractor (Merchiston EH10) Gifted 1y - Prima HE-9214 - old but hardly used. Free: Loose Void Polystyrene Chips (Merchiston EH10) Expired 1y - My vintage 70 year old Kenwood was finally fixed and returned this week, along with a box of these polystyrene chips that fill a bin bag. If anyone uses them for their business or has some special packing to do, I'd be delighted to pass them on!
