Free: 2 x sleeping bags (Wolston CV8) Gifted 29d - These two sleeping bags have been in my wardrobe for a while. The purple one is a lightweight summer/indoor sleeping bag. The green and black one is a ‘mummy’ sleeping bag more suited to the outdoors and cooler weather. Both bags have minor wear but appear to be intact with working zips - no big holes losing filling! Both have been washed, and come with carry bags. Based in Wolston.

Free: Humax 9150T PVR - TV programme recorder box (Wolston CV8) Gifted 32d - This TV recorder box was previously used by my parents. Connects to a television using SCART (so isn’t the newest of boxes!) and features two freeview tuners (standard definition, no HD) allowing recording and/or watching of two channels at once. Have tested and everything seems to be working. Hard drive capacity is 160gb which is more than enough for recording standard def progs. Just lacks the bells and whistles of modern devices so no smart features, but is a good basic box for recording and watching programmes on Freeview. In this day and age of catch up television, these types of boxes are no longer commonplace, but hopefully someone out there can give it a good home! Includes an aerial and a SCART cable along with the remote control. Based in Wolston.

Free: Jade tree - 85cm tall (Wolston CV8) Gifted 64d - This lovely fella has been growing on my windowsill for a good number of years, but has now outgrown that space. I unfortunately do not have anywhere else it can live happily in my home, so it is now looking for a new one! Height is 85cm (including pot) with a spread of 50cm. Based in Wolston

Free: Office chair (Wolston CV8) Expired 95d - I’ve been using this chair for quite a few years. As you can see in the image the cover is somewhat worn! But the chair is structurally sound, and the adjustment levers etc. still do their job. Could be useful to someone as an extra chair for a computer desk, or for use in a garage or greenhouse. Free to a good home! Based in Wolston.

Free: Sci fi models - Star Trek, Babylon 5 (Wolston CV8) Gifted 157d - These are three models I built and painted from kits a number of years ago. They have been happily sat on a shelf since then, but I will be moving home next year, so I’ve decided to find them a new place to live! They are: - Klingon Bird of Prey(Star Trek, plastic) - Star Fury Fighter (Babylon 5, plastic) - Shadow Dreadnought (Babylon 5, resin) Based in Wolston.

Free: Bokken and Jo (Aikido) (Wolston CV8) Gifted 301d - I got these when I used to practice Aikido. I haven’t for some years now, so I’ve decided to pass them on to someone who will find them useful with their own martial arts training! Includes their original carry case. Based in Wolston.

Free: iMac - includes keyboard, mouse, TV tuner & external HD (Wolston CV8) Gifted 341d - This is my parents’ old iMac, which now needs a new home! This 20” screen model was first released back in 2008 so is a bit long in the tooth, but still works. It no longer receives software updates from Apple for security etc. but still functions well as a computer for light internet browsing, viewing photos, typing documents etc. Along with the keyboard and mouse, we are including a digital TV tuner box (+ remote control), so the iMac can also function as a television! Finally, also included is an external 1TB LaCie HD - we used this to supplement the iMac’s internal 256GB HD. Based in Wolston

Free: RHA MA750 wired in-ear headphones (Wolston CV8) Gifted 1y - Headphones have been previously used but still in excellent condition. Bought some years ago but have only seen light use (I tend to use wireless headphones nowadays as my phone doesn’t have a headphone port!). A high-quality set of headphones - parts made from stainless steel. Plus excellent sound quality when I tested them. For more information search ‘RHA MA750 headphones’ online. Everything looks clean. Have tested and they still work. Comes with a case and a selection of earbuds for different ear sizes!

Free: Breville Blender/Smoothie Maker (Wolston CV8) Gifted 1y - Item has been owned a number of years but is still in working order. Although it’s intended purpose is as a smoothie maker (complete with ‘pulse’ button for crushing ice!) I have successfully used it to make soups.

Free: Halloween costume items - adult size (Wolston CV8) Gifted 1y - Selection of adult size halloween costume items - two masks, two pairs of gloves, cloak and inflatable scythe! I think someone dressed as Death for halloween some point in the past… Not quite the time of year, but perfect for halloween parties! Based in Wolston.

Free: Selection of FireWire 400/800 cables (Wolston CV8) Expired 1y - Selection of FireWire cables found after a sort out of computer equipment. I no longer have a computer that can use them, so they are looking for a new home with someone who does :) 2 x FireWire 400 cables - one is 100cm, the other is short at 21cm. 1 x FireWire 800 cable - 100cm. 1 x FireWire 400 to 800 cable - 100cm. Located in Wolston.

Free: Inflatable lifejacket (Wolston CV8) Gifted 1y - ‘Crewsaver’ inflatable lifejacket. Have tested it for leaks, and there are none that I can discern. Used once for a raft race years ago, and has been in storage since. NOTE: It is manually inflated using the tube at the front only - it is NOT the type of inflatable lifejacket with a gas canister/pull cord inflation. Free to a good home! Collection from Wolston.

Free: Tefal food steamer - working with defect (Wolston CV8) Gifted 1y - This Tefal food steamer functions properly in terms of steaming food! Although one can get it to do this task, there is a defect. As you can see in the second photo, the plastic knob of the steamer is broken at the base. I have attempted to glue it back together but it eventually comes loose again. It is still possible to operate the steamer in a roundabout way using a flathead screwdriver - as you can see the spindle of the steamer has a slot. You may be able to repair the knob, but you can still operate the steamer using the screwdriver method. If you are happy to work around these foibles, the steamer is yours!

Free: Mother in laws tongue/snake plant (Wolston CV8) Gifted 1y - Standing at about 120 centimetres in height (including pot) this lovely mother-in-law’s tongue plant requires a new home! Has been in its existing pot for many years, so would probably appreciate repotting into a new one. Based in Wolston.

Free: Grow light for houseplants (Wolston CV8) Gifted 1y - This is a small grow light suitable for houseplants, originally used to boost light for my citrus plants over winter. Light has a ‘bulldog clip’ base for attaching to the edge of shelves etc. There is a double switch on the cable for controlling each lamp separately. NOTE: plant not included! Based in Wolston.
