It washes fine when it finally starts. But it gets stuck in the sensing cycle before it adds water. Pulling the plug and then plugging it back in resets it, but we usually have to do it several times. We got a washer from one of our kids, so if anyone wants to use this one, it's yours. I'll deliver it to any part of Ottawa (I live east and work in Kanata).
