- 2 Malm IKEA drawers light beech. Chest of drawers broke however these drawers are fine if anyone needs a replacement drawer or 2. In good condition although 1 has a small nick out of it, see photo. Seems a shame to tip them as fully functional.

- King size divan base with 4 drawers - it has some dirty marks on it from house move but still fully usable. All 4 drawers are intact and open and shut easily. The divan splits in 2 for easier removal. Will require 2 people to lift. Colour is beige. Also the mattress has marks on at side from house move.

- Pair of small wooden louvre door fronts to use for for an internal cupboard. No fixtures or fittings. Brand new in that they are still in cellophane but have been in my mum’s house lying around for many years. In very good condition. Approximate measurement of each door is 30” by 12” 76.2 cm by 30.5 cm

- Head football boot bag, outside of the bag has faint staining all over it, has been kept in the garage so may be white mould. It is a plastic on the outside. Have tried to clean it off, however the inside is perfect. It doesn’t look like the bag has ever been used. Seems a shame to bin it if someone can use it.

- A low chest of drawers from Magnet, 3 long drawers (bottom drawer is deeper and 3 smaller ones. - old but sturdy - in good condition. There is a small nick on front of one of the drawers. Size: Length 137.2 cm. Height 73 cm, Depth 48.5 cm. Will need 2 people to carry.

- Artificial Christmas tree 1.8m 6 ft high. It is years old and has been used but has a stand see picture. No decorations or lights. Picture of outside of box. Box a bit dirty as been stored in my Mum’s attic. Took a picture of colour of the tree, dark green. Hopefully someone will like it.
