- It is a little damaged to the corner, I secured it with gaffer tape and it seems safe and secure and the top can still be easily detached when required, but you may wish to reinforce further if you cat is a determined escape artist This has been used . I have therefore scrubbed it with biological detergent and sprayed with 80% alcohol as cats have amazing sense of smell and may get stressed by the smell of an unfamiliar cat, you may with to repeat the process if your cat is particularly nervous,

- They are 10.6mm wide and the depth is 10mm. They look quite heavy duty, were left behind by builders, I think they were used to secure waterproofing material beneath cladding. Almost a full box

- Frister Rossmann sewing machine. I have never used this myself but I understand that it was in perfect working order before being put away and not used for 20 years or so. I have plugged it in and the light came on / motor was running but it appears to have seized up from lack of use and oil. I gave a a bit of WD40 in the obvious places and it seem to be freeing up but not enough to use yet. I think it probably just wants someone to take the cover off and give the moving parts a good clean and oil. It's an old but good quality machine, I was thinking of giving it the attention it deserves and swapping it for my Toyota machine as it looks like a better one - But I just don't have the time. It looks like it will do zig zag and possibly blind hemming too - if you can get it moving. Obviously someone competent should check it is electrically safe.

- Old and worn. I know absolutely nothing about scaffolding and certainly wouldn't recommend you use them on scaffolding unless you are a scaffolder and can test that they are safe to use. I think they could be upcycled into some sort of industrial chic item though, maybe useful for a garden structure?

- This was given to me by a friend, I think his dad bought it intending to do it up but never got round to it. Sadly I haven't got round to it either. It has a full set of strings which all play but they are very old so it would probably sound sweeter with a new set at some stage. You press the wooden bars down to make the chords, there are a few springs either missing or loose, so a couple of the bars don't ping up properly, apart from that it probably just needs a good clean and tuning. I don't think it it a particularly difficult instrument to learn. There are a number of clips on you tube which will give you an idea of what it could sound like. It's just begging for some TLC and someone to play it.
