- Bath, toilet and sink (taps included) - all in decent condition. Curved shower rail plus curtain included. Sink unit measures 550mm across in total (with 510mm cupboard width below). Toilet unit measures 500mm wide. Bath measures 1550mm length by 1000mm width (much wider than standard baths) All clean and in good condition. It does not look brand new, but it has no significant marks at all

- Strong and sturdy frame. Clearly not brand new, but young kids won't care. I have taken it apart to make it easier for transport (see photo). The bolts were rusty and you may prefer to replace them for future deconstruction (if you decide to freegle the set after your kids have grown up)
