- Ottoman side lift bed. Grey linen type fabric Bed frame great condition. Barely used in spare room. Holds lots storage Mattress is older but still useable and have recently bought mattress topper that's included Welcome to have the bedding too if wanted (duvet, pillows, covers, fitted sheet). If not wanted that's fine. Also have spare set of single bedding too if wanted Have instructions for the bed Don't think it will fit out of the bedroom door as was built in the room. So whoever collects please disassemble. Might take a while as did to build it! Also the bed side pieces and mattress probably won't fit in a standard car Non smoking house but we do have cats. They haven't scratched the bed thankfully!

- Large cat tower. Great for cats to get up high without taking up a lot of floor space. Lower part has been chewed by dog unfortunately. Still fine to use or could try recovering. Non smoking house Approx 180cm high, base approx 60cm by 50cm. Collection from Mold. Does dismantle if need.
