Free: Carex Day-Light classic (Montlake) Gifted 1y - Carex Day-Light Classic Bright Light Therapy Lamp - Sun Lamp Mood Light - 10,000 LUX Daylight Lamp, purchased in November 2019. "Natural and Effective Bright Light Therapy". The recommendation is to change the bulbs every two years for maximum effectiveness, and I have not yet changed the bulbs. Bulbs are 3x36 watt compact fluorescent.
