Free: 3-seat & 2-seat sofas (Seaton EX12) Withdrawn 56d - Bought new from John Lewis . 3-seat is 72” wide, 2-seat is 54” wide. Burnt orange colour, goes well with browns & creams. Really squashy & comfortable, but rather grubby and faded. A clean would work wonders. With fire labels. Scatter cushions included, but not the ones shown. Too good to tip, but that’s what will happen if no takers. If you lend a hand loading/unloading my trailer, I can deliver within 15 miles of Seaton.

Free: Very large Next ceiling light (Seaton EX12) Gifted 75d - A real statement light. 40cm diameter, 40cm tall plus cord & ceiling attachment. Complete. Takes an E27 screw-in bulb. Satin black & chrome outside, white inside with a chrome diffuser. Collect from EX12.

Request: Water tank (Seaton EX12) Expired 129d - One of the water tanks at Seaton Council Allotments is rusting out. I've offered to replace it, if I can find something suitable. It holds 215 litres and measures 30" L x 23" W x 19" H. Metal or plastic would be equally suitable. Doesn't need taps, inlets, outlets etc. Can collect.

Free: Corner cabinet for up-cycling (Seaton EX12) Gifted 222d - Old, small corner cabinet for up cycling. Glazed, hinged door. This is complete and undamaged - the lock even has a key. The black finish makes it look much worse than it is. 36” high in total, 15” wide, 9” deep. Collect from EX12.

Free: Dyson DC59 cordless vacuum & tools (Seaton EX12) Gifted 223d - Not a complete basket case - it does work. Use as a hand-held or with the brush. Complete with charger. Collect from EX12.

Free: Slow cooker container & lid (Seaton EX12) Expired 315d - From a defunct 6 litre Crockpot. Ceramic container & lid in perfect condition. Could be used in the oven/Aga/Rayburn. Not suitable for direct heat. Dishwasher safe.

Free: Black & Decker lawn rake (Seaton EX12) Gifted 1y - Long mains cable, instructions, spare tines. With collector. Light weight and folds for storage. Works well.

Free: Small mains stereo sound bar (Seaton EX12) Gifted 1y - Works very nicely. Mains power supply. Volume control on right-hand side. Input from iPad etc. is by stereo jack lead. Free-standing or can be screwed to a shelf etc. Collect from Seaton.

Free: Grundig Party Boy radio (Seaton EX12) Gifted 1y - AM/FM in working order with mains lead. Not tried on batteries. Some paint splashes and a tad scruffy, but great for the workshop. Collect from Seaton.

Free: Computers & components (Seaton EX12) Gifted 1y - Following a general clear-out at a friend’s house, I have to following to go all in one lot. 1 x Dell laptop with mains power supply (had Windows 10) - that’s the one in the pictures. The rest have not been photographed. 1 x Dell mini tower, 1 x HP mini tower 2 flat screen monitors Around 5 keyboards of various shapes & sizes and a similar number of mice. Lots of components e.g. power supplies, disc caddies, boards, connecting leads (internal & external) Canon scanner Lots of software of various types (no games). Other than the laptop which needs a battery, I don’t know the condition of the other units. Note - all hard drives have/will been removed and destroyed. Selective fair offer policy on this one - I would prefer them to go to someone who will recycle them to benefit the community.

Free: Hewlett Packard Laserjet 2300dn (Seaton EX12) Expired 1y - Top-quality mono laser printer with second high-capacity tray. Parallel, USB and network connections. Comes with mains lead and printer to router cable. Unused for a year, but powers up and shows no faults. Drivers available for Windows 7 - 10 inclusive, and presumably the Mac equivalents. Belonged to a friend of mine who sadly died, so if it could go to a charity or a good cause, that would be perfect.

Free: Reed shading (Seaton EX12) Gifted 1y - Used on our pergola for last 2 years. Two rolls, each covers around 2.8m x 1.5m.

Free: VHS recorder/player, remote etc (Seaton EX12) Expired 1y - Aiwa VHS video cassette recorder & player with remote control and original instructions. Powers on OK but cassette won't play. Suspect just needs a drive belt, so may not be a difficult fix.

Free: Sky box & remote. Working (Seaton EX12) Expired 1y - Sky box & remote control. Box powers up & switches from standby using the remote.
