This two seat sofa is a pale gold colour velour, and measures Approximately... 157cm Wide x 78 cm deep x 59cm high (69cm the back cushions in place) The frame is exceedingly good and solid, but the fabric needs a clean with some marks on the fabric (the cushion covers are machine washable & do come off for washing) Pick up from North Harrow/Pinner ASAP

- Sadly We've recently had to sell our Chicken Coop, but they could not collect the Large run I had used to keep our hens safe from foxes, sparrow hawks and Bird Flu! so it's going free to someone who can take it away fairly soon. we no longer live in the house where it is and our new home is not yet ready for us to move in and so we need to give lots off our garden stuff away before the new occupants start work on the property. This Run is approximately 6m x 2m (from memory) with a door at both ends. it was great for our Chickens, but would be equally great at a cage for growing fruit and keeping the birds off, I'm 6'2" & could easily stand up in the middle of it. It is now all taken apart so is ready to take away - you will need a vehicle that can take... The poles which are approximately 2.1m long (but are fairly lightweight) and The wire Mesh which is in several rolls which are 2m long and vary in width depending on how tight we could roll them up. When unrolled to their full length they are several meters long and go over the top to cover each section top & sides, you will need a load of small cable ties to secure the mesh in place The two wooden gates are only crudely made, but worked well so if you needed to take those apart for transport it would be easy to reassemble them at your end. The wing bolts are all in their respective connection holes (see photos), but some have rusted up a bit, so along with the Cable ties, you may want to get a little WD40 to spray on them. Also included is the Chicken dust bath if you are interested. The photos should give you a guide, the table & chairs, etc are not included, they are on a separate give away! and the Eglu Chicken Coop is also not included, as that has already been sold. As I no longer live at the house I will need toggle between my diary and that of the current occupants before confirming, so if you're genuinely interested, please tell me when you can come for it - It's at HA9 8HX.

- A house move means my plan to clean these up and respray them is not going to happen, so they are up for grabs. They are rusting in places, but are generally sound Pick up from Wembley (not far from Wembley Park) and we will need to agree an appropriate time for collection as I am not available at all times! Now disassembled for ease of transport, although it still won’t go on the tube like one time waster had thought!

- This is chaise longue converts to a surprisingly comfortable sofa bed But must go today Wed 13th July! We bought it new 7 years ago, It has not been used much, but an imminent house move means we can't keep it. There is a little damage to the fabric in the bottom right hand corner but it's generally in good condition and lovely to lounge out on to read, then use as a spare bed when visitors come. It is approximately 64" wide x 31"deep. x 29"high The mattress is approximately 45" wide by 67" long The Bed mechanism makes it quite heavy, but its not too bad and I can help you get into a estate car or van (we got it in the back of a hatchback with the seats down when we bought it) We are in Wembley Park and have plenty of room on the drive to park Please only get in touch if you can pick it up today - Wed 13th July Thank You Sandy
