Free: Wooden pallett (CT9) Withdrawn Wood pallett for pick up from ct9 2 area FREEGLE NOTE PLEASE READ: Re burning scrap timber especially treated decking: and MB MARKED PALLETS These pallets have been treated with a highly toxic pesticide where there are pests that can’t be eliminated by heat treatments. You should never use MB stamped pallets for a craft project and you should never burn these pallets on a fire. Methyl bromide treatment was made illegal in the UK in 2010 and is being phased out worldwide. Pallets are durable though, so there are some MB stamped pallets still in circulation. So it’s always worth being careful and double checking your pallet stamps. Free: Large Slow Cooker (CT5) Gifted Family size slow cooker, with 2 crockpots. One is a large one, useful for big stews, whole chickens etc. The other is a divided one, which I have never used. The stainless steel body is marked and has lost its handles, but the outside doesn't get that hot, so you can pick it up from the base if needed. Its still in good working order other than that. It's too big for me now the kids are long gone. Free: Sofa Bed-Metal Action (CT5) Expired 2 seater sofa, which converts to small double bed with easy metal action. It is blue and yellow, but has been chewed by pets. I covered it with red loose covers, but these also got chewed. This isn't obvious once everything is in place, though new covers would probably be a good idea. It's very sturdy and comfortable and would easily do someone a turn in their first home or as a stop gap. Free: Antinox Protection Sheets (CT5) Gifted Used plastic protection sheets 2.4m x 1.2m. I've got about 10 of these. Some have a few tears in and some are a bit grimy, but most not as much as the one in the pic. They would be great to protect a driveway whilst mixing concrete or painting an object.
