- Skimmia. About 4 by 4 foot, just lifted this morning with some rootball. If taken quickly and put in ground asap and well watered should be ok. Smells lovely in spring, like lilac.

- 3 wall lights in the Art Nouveau style, metal with glass marbled shade. Take E27 bulb. Great condition. Tiny weeny chip on inside of one of the shades, so tiny it wouldn't photograph and cannot be seen from the outside. Total height: 38 cm approx Total depth from wall: 25.5 cm approx Width of wall fitting: 12.5 cm Width of widest part of shade 19 cm. Just removed from our wall so we are sure they work.

- Zoom MRS 1608 multitrack recording studio. 16 channel. Transformer included. Instruction manuals available to download from the web. Needs a good clean. Please note, this was posted only 2hrs ago. I still have it but have already had 17 replies. I am not in a position to do anything about passing it on until later in the week when I will draw a lot. This seems the fairest way.

- I used to make glycerine soap but have not done for a while. I have a box of liquid colours and fragrance oils available, a variety of colours and smells. They are of cosmetic grade but am sure the fragrances could be used in candle making. Collection only.

- Glass table, chrome legs. 23" wide by 16.5" deep. Needs a good clean and has some scratches, particular on the top shelf but nothing that you can see (unless you're staring at it!). It's quite good for a corner as it goes smaller at the rear and for small TV, music stuff etc.

- Pile of used wood which is still sound and solid. Mostly our old fence so nails etc need removing and perhaps ends trimmed off but lots of it useable. A lot of it is half round posts. Will need collecting. Will be taken to tip shortly if no takers.

- Wrought iron gate. Width 100 cms, with hinge included 105 cms. Height 100 cms plus scroll at top, 108 cms. Width of iron 2.5 cms. Painted black but paint peeling, see photo. Catch missing but hinges complete with lift on pin hinges.
