Venetian blinds for a bay window (Buxton Central SK17) 7d - These are surplus to requirements, as we’ve fitted curtains! They’re in pretty good condition (need a clean), and are made of some kind of plastic rather than metal. The two side blinds are 59cm wide, the centre one is 111cm; the drop is at least 2m. Fittings included.

A pair of radiator covers (Buxton Central SK17) Gifted 59d - Each measures 120cm wide, 90cm high, and 20cm deep. Light oak type finish, decorative grille to front, a bit like the Oxford style available from B&Q. They’re in pretty good condition, with a bit of light staining on the shelf, and carefully trimmed at the bottom to fit round skirting boards. Available to collect from Lightwood Avenue.

Food mixer (Buxton Central SK17) Gifted 129d - Plenty of life left in our old Kenwood Prospero mixer, including splash guard and three beaters. Sadly the food processor accessory has broken, but the main machine is in good working order.

Traditional Thai string puppet (Buxton Central SK17) Expired 135d - Hand made for the tourist market, purchased in Thailand about 25 years ago; made of painted wood and colourfully clothed, about 30cm high. Definitely not a toy.

Two seater sofa (Buxton Central SK17) Expired 160d - Still comfy, serviceable sofa, in reasonable condition, about twenty years old, was fully compliant with fire regs when bought. All the cotton covers zip off and can be gently laundered. Overall measurements: 150cm wide, 80cm high at the back, 86cm deep. It’s surplus to requirements after selling a holiday cottage.

Wedding cake plaster columns (Buxton Central SK17) Gifted 163d - About 4 inches high, vintage (from a relative’s wedding cake) and a bit delicate- one is slightly chipped, but this would be easily concealed in use.

Magimix Glacier 1.1 ice cream maker (Tideswell SK17) Gifted 259d - One of the smaller models of its day, dated but works as far as we know! You freeze the bowl in your freezer, fill it with your chosen mixture, and leave the electric churn to do its work.
