- 6 foot tall B&Q Christmas Tree. Still plenty of life left in it and hopefully it will do someone a good turn. Been in our loft and a little old so box beaten up but tree is fine. We have just got a larger one so no longer needed. Happy Christmas to someone.

- Burgundy 2 seater sofa bed. Used and in OK condition but needs a good clean, however hopefully it will do someone a good turn. Will probably need a van to move and a couple of people as it is heavy. Dimensions are 165cm long, 95cm deep. 75cm tall. Want gone ASAP please.

- Used and a little tired but still life left in them and do the job. Length from 180cm to about 350cm fully extended. Will need wall fixings and only one pole has both finials (decorative end bits!). Would like them gone ASAP. Cheers.

Bunk beds (Halstead CO9)

- Pair of Joseph bunk beds, can be used as bunks of two standard single bed. The last photo is illustrative of how the bunks look set up together and brand new. Bed frames only so you will need to get some mattresses. Well used and with some wear and tear but plenty of life left in them and still really sturdy. Come disassembled but with all screws and bolts to put them together and a ladder. The pieces of dowel to connect them together when used as bunks is missing as is the top bunk safety rail. These can be easily replaced though. Would rather pass them on as a pair of bunk beds as want them gone ASAP but if there is not much interest could let them go as single beds.
