- 2 storey weatherboard-style cubby house with colourbond roof - 9 years old. Has new ladder and front porch pailings/deck made in the last 2 years. Red fire pole down the right hand side (fun!). Has been well loved. Missing a couple of weatherboard pailings and could do with a repaint. Likely to need a new ground floor. If you would like this, please let us know. We will disassemble for you but we no longer have the instructions for putting it back together (!). We bought it from We would ideally love to give this to a family with a young child/ren who will love and enjoy this cubby house as much as our family has.

- Well used Maclaren stroller, one of the sides of the hood has become unattached but I've used a clamp to hold it on (works well!), happy to give away with the two clamps as per picture. Tyres worn as per photos. Folds and opens up well. Plastic rain cover also available, fits this pram.
