- This armchair originally bought from Harvey's furniture store, some years ago, but i'm pretty sure it is fire safe (labels underneath?). Reasonable condition considering its age. and very comfortable. There are no rips or tears. Would need to be collected.

- Oak dining table and 4 chairs. Table extends, leather seats on the chairs. This set was old when my Grandmother had it and she gave it to me in the mid seventies. Been stored in the garage for 18 months, needs cleaning up
