- Tan calf leather in fair condition needs small repair of slats (see photos.) The leather seating area is completely removable. Could be recovered. It is very heavy and on a second floor of flats. It will need two people to move it. This will be collected by British heart foundation on 9th October if not gifted.

- 45 pieces of Fencing we’ve had replaced. Can also be used for gates etc available, for garden project or allotment use. All been well covered and kept dry. 30 x1.6 metre lengths 14x 1 metre. All 75 mm wide. And 5 Fence posts. All stacked ready to collect, must be gone over the weekend or going to recycling Monday.
