- Brand new (delivered in error as wrong colour and they wouldn't take back) 2 boxes, I'm going to assume they are full and unbroken, 24 in each box. Coverage is 0.84m² per box. The wastage from cuts on hexagon tiles is quite a lot. They are from Victorian Plumbing.

- Good condition and working (but dusty!) The chimney has been cut to fit round a beam. You could possibly source a replacement chimney. It is 700mm wide, 500mm deep (from the wall) and with the current chimney 665mm tall.

- Single panel, single convector. 500mm wide X 600mm tall. Has the brackets. Very good condition. Unfortunately the thermostatic valve doesn't work correctly, so you would need one. The lockshield valve is fine, though the cap has "yellowed"

- Large section of breakfast bar left over from new kitchen install. It's brand new. Still has the protective film on it. Stainless steel edging to the two long sides. The shorter sides are unedged. This was from Wren kitchens so you should be able to get a length of edging as required. 900mm wide X 1468mm long 38mm thick.

- Zanussi 5 Burner Gas Hob Fully working, good condition. All the worktop clamps are present. Cut out size is approximately 535mm x 480mm Overall size of the hob is 680mm wide X 510mm front to back. Don't forget, you will need a Gas Safe engineer to install this.
