COVER for Ektorp 2-seat sofa (Portslade Village BN42) Gifted 1y - Charcoal/black full COVER for the IKEA Ektorp 2-seat sofa (which allows you to easily remove, wash and replace the cover). If you have the sofa and fancy a change of cover (or a spare!), it's yours. NB Sofa NOT included!

Tiled hearth stone (effect) (Portslade Village BN42) Gifted 1y - Bespoke hearth stone – though not actually stone but layers of board with small tiles on top (see close-up). Measurements: its longest length is just under 108cm and its full width is 47.5cm. The narrowest length is 46cm (that bit is about 1cm wide), the next biggest length is 70cm (and 8cm wide). It's about 3cm thick. Probably made specially for the fireplace in what's now my flat by my predecessors. I'm replacing it so if it's any use to you as is or for the tiles, get in touch! Collection only.

Terracotta red armchair (Portslade Village BN42) Expired 1y - Terracotta red armchair. 88cm wide, 75cm tall (inc legs) and 85cm deep. Has fire label (compliant to relevant ignitability tests). Is entirely functional but a little stained and frayed in places, like many of us these days. Could do with a good clean, reupholster or strategically placed throw. Collection only.

Twin tub washing machine (Portslade Village BN42) Gifted 1y - Small twin tub washer – you fill from the shower/tap, wash and spin to remove excess water. A lifesaver for small spaces with no plumbing for a regular washing machine, or even for a motorhome or when camping (with access to mains power). 63cm tall, 52cm wide and 37cm deep. Still functional, but it has been well used (and loved), so there's some wear around the cable at the back. Collection only.
