- Large ten man tent. Does need some TLC. Will need new poles because most of them broke in a storm last year. Also the inner liners bag got damp in the shed over the winter so the liners will need to be washed. I have googled it and they can't be machine washed but can be soaked in a bath, large bucket and hung out to dry.

- Handy if you have cats or dogs. Plug in flea catcher. Light attracts the fleas and tgen they stick to card on the bottom. Has one sticky card already in it (little bit dusty but still sticky). You can buy replacements. Collection only

- Hama Beads football set. Has been used and some of the players made so can't guatantee how much of each colour bead is left. Loads of beads though and 3 squares and some ironing sheets. My kids enjoyed making their own designs rather than following the patterns anyway. Collection only.

- Two seater M&S sofa in pale green and white pattern. Completely removable covers. Couple of marks and overall the sofa is quite faded as it was in a conservatory. It is evenly faded though so just a paler pattern than it was. Marks and Spencer so good quality upholstery and no sagging. Very comfortable yo sit on. Collection only. Smoke free home..
