- LG mini window mount air conditioner. Unfortunately construction dust got in it so you will need to open back and vacuum it out. Needs new filter. 2 years old. Works great.

- Wrought iron, approximately 58” diagonal and then rail levels for 14”, covered 8 steps, used indoors, vintage. Good condition with a small amount of superficial rust in spots.

- Two sets of white 32”x47” wood shutters. Were custom made. Frame fits over window trim. Good condition but need to be cleaned. Hardware included.

- Thick Rockwool insulation, was over 1,000 dollars new, covers 400sq ft, placed to insulate between joists in crawl space 10 months ago. May be a little dusty from worksite. Getting pulled out Tuesday 9/20. Will be available after 3pm.
