- Oven is on the blink (it has a normal plug on it, which just plugs into a regular socket) and may not make it to Christmas. It keeps cutting out and taking out the electrics with it. The microwave oven has been on its last legs for some time and I would appreciate one which will see me through to January, please!

- Any colour, around 3 x 3 m (or smaller), clean (non-smoking, pet-free household), but not too worried about condition (eg, somewhat worn is fine), as it's a temporary measure (although, judging by how long the building works have been going on, it could be a long temporary state...) We have had a bare, dusty, cold concrete floor in the living room for weeks, and it would be nice to have some warmth and a little comfort over Christmas! Many thanks :-)
