Request: Wood rafters/beams (Canton CF11) 5d - Looking for any long wooden rafters going spare, after a renovation or the like? Will collect. Request: Hemnes Bookshelf in Grey-Brown (Canton CF11) 5d - On the off chance that anyone has one going unwanted in South Wales ... These are discontinued, but I'm looking for a second Hemnes bookshelf in grey-brown finish. Ideally in good/very good condition with no visible marks as it's for my lounge, but happy to consider any condition. Can arrange collection if it can't be broken down. Thanks!

Free: Large metal drum (Canton CF11) Gifted 34d - A very large metal drum (probably an old oil drum). 90cm high x 60cm wide. Pretty solid and clean - just too big for me to reuse (was thinking of a waterbutt for my allotment etc). Tarp is on it just to keep the rain out. Needs to go quickly! Pick up only. Free: Handful of DVDs (Canton CF11) Gifted 71d - Ten DVDs on offer - adult or older teen age audience. A couple not even opened. Collection only this week if possible - need to clear for workmen.

Free: Children's DVDs (Canton CF11) Gifted 71d - Ten or so children's dvds, all playable and in good condition. Must go this week. Collection only.

Free: Small jewelery boxes (Canton CF11) Gifted 72d - A dozen or so small jewelery box, all in good condition to be used again rather than be recycled or go to landfill. A few velvet rin boxes etc. Pick up only please ASAP as I'm having a clear put and they need to go!

Free: Curtain ties, 3 sets unused (Canton CF11) Gifted 72d - Three sets of curtain ties. In fine condition as never used. Would prefer them all to go together. Pick up only asap, having a clear out and they must go.

Free: Whicker cat basket plus cat/kitten toys. (Canton CF11) Gifted 72d - A sturdy whicker cat basket for transporting your cat to the vet etc. A bit dusty but otherwise in good condition and fit for purpose. Cat toys were for my rescue cat but she never played with them! Pick up only, and I would prefer everything to go together, as I'm having a big clear out and things must go quickly. Free: Small boxes for gifts, posting things, etc. (Canton CF11) Gifted 77d - A selection of small boxes, ideal for gifts or to post small items. All in good condition and clean. Non-smoking house. They need to go but I would rather see them used than go to recycling. Pick up only please ASAP.

Free: Large used sofa in good condition (Canton CF11) Expired 106d - A large sofa in sound, good condition needing to go quickly. It's 244cm wide by 122cm deep by 70cm tall. Wood frame. Colours are dark blue and maroon and gold - see photo for material. Has to go in next few weeks as new one is coming.

Free: Various Gift Bags - different sizes, paper, occasions etc (Canton CF11) Gifted 157d - A store of gift bags of various sizes, large, medium, small, bottle size etc. Some are for Christmas, some are general occasion. Some are paper bags which might suit someone going green. I'd prefer everything to go together. Could be ideal for a small craftsperson, to send with items? Pick up only please, asap or they're going to the shop at Lamby Way Recycling Centre.

Free: Chairs (Canton CF11) Expired 171d - Blue wooden dining chairs, ideal for upcycling. Cloth will need to be replaced but otherwise in solid condition. Dog not included. Pick up only - ASAP as they need to go!

Free: 6 brown bottles ideal for home brewing (Canton CF11) Expired 192d - 6 brown bottles (slightly different shapes), ideal for home brewing. Need a bit of a clean, but perfectly fine otherwise. Pick up only by next recycling day (Wednesday), or they go. Thanks for looking!

Free: Complete Single Wood Bed Frame (Canton CF11) Gifted 192d - White Argos complete single bed frame, no missing parts. Good condition. Can be taken apart further to fit in a car etc. No mattress, just the bed frame. Pick up only ASAP please - it has to go.

Free: Box of power adapters, scart lead etc (Canton CF11) Expired 195d - Box of 4-5 power adapters with various plug types, plus a scart lead or two. Pick up only by weekend of 11/12 as it has to go. Thanks for looking!

Free: HP Photosmart scanner/printer (Canton CF11) Gifted 195d - HP Photosmart C5280 scanner/printer A bit dusty from last of use, but worked the last time we used it. I just cannot use with my work laptop (for security reasons) and now need to move it. Comes with power adapter. Pick up only by weekend 11/12 because it has to go.

Free: BluRay player (Canton CF11) Gifted 195d - LG BluRay player. Worked the last time we used it. Missing power adapter though (unless I can find it soon!). You can probably use another generic one with the same spec if you look online. Pick up only by the weekend of 11/12 Nov as has to go.

Free: HP Deskjet scanner/printer (Canton CF11) Gifted 195d - HP Deskjet 2544 scanner/printer Was working when last used, but but I can't use it with my work laptop (security reasons). Will need new cartridges and do doubt some driver updates. Comes with power adapter. Pick up only by the weekend of 11/12 Nov as it has to go.

Free: Small toaster (Canton CF11) Gifted 299d - A small, double toaster - used but in good condition. It was my daughter's at uni and is not superfluous. Could be ideal for a campervan, holiday home, flat etc. It works fine too - made some toast yesterday in it :) If interested please let me know when you can collect. Small Print: Although as far as I can tell this toaster in working order with all electrical elements intact etc, I have not had it PAT tested and am not responsible for damages that result from the use of it.

Request: Chimenea - for allotment group (Canton CF11) Received 344d - Looking for a chimenea, for my allotment group to come together around as a community. Any make or condition as long as it works! Happy to collect in or around Cardiff. Thank you. Free: Ikea Klippan 2 seater sofa cover - grey (Canton CF11) Gifted 346d - Grey Klippan 2 seater sofa cover, in used but good condition. Only mars are a few cat claw marks on arms, as shown in photo. This is a durable, spin-dyed cover in two shades – giving the fabric a nice two-tone effect and deep colour. The cover is easy to keep clean too since you can take it off and machine wash it. Or the material could be used for other projects. Needs to go but I don't want to dump it!

Request: Umbrella stand - ideally ceramic (Canton CF11) Expired 358d - Hi I'm looking for an umbrella stand going unwanted or unused, to tidy up my front hall entrance. Ideally ceramic, but open to other types. Ideally in good condition as its one of the first things people will see! Happy to collect in and around Cardiff. Thanks! Free: 2 unused CD cases, 30 cds each (Canton CF11) Gifted 364d - Two unused CD cases, fitting 30 cds each. Like new - was given them but never used. Boxes just a bit worn from being opened. Okay to split but would prefer both to go together ASAP.

Free: Stackable CD/DVD Racks (Canton CF11) Gifted 1y - 2 x blue, 1 lime green CD/DVD Racks which can sit side by side, or be stacked one on top of each other (though there are no fasteners to do this, I had them on a bookshelf surrounded by books to keep them in place). Fit 20 cds each. Green one has a slight crack in bottom but intact. No drop off. Pick up only. Message to arrange when I'm in, or I can leave out front, out of sight. 😄
