Futon (Chapel Hillock PR7)

Black metal framed futon, frame measures 45 inches wide by 79 inches long. It has a red and gold mattress (dark red on one side). Snuggly as a sofa, and it opens out into a standard double sized bed, ideal for guests. The mattress does include it's original fire safety label. For collection. Please note, it isn't heavy but is an odd shape and quite bulky, so a van is probably required.

Ikea KALLAX 4x4 (147 x 147 cm) bookcase / room divider. Walnut (dark brown). It has a couple of very minor scrapes / scratches on. Please note, it is offered without the boxes. We have already dismantled it, so it is flat packed with dowels, screws and an allen key. Assembly instructions are available on the IKEA website:

Sony stereo, with radio, CD player and iPod docking station. It comes with a remote control. It is currently connected to two Kenwood speakers. The aerial wire has been damaged and may need to be replaced but otherwise it all works well. For collection.

Single armchair style chair bed. Comfy as an armchair. Folds out. Slightly stiff now but works. Dimensions: 39" wide, 23" high, 29" deep. Comes with thin mattress that folds up, but I also have an optional separate slim mattress that can be laid on top, if anyone is interested.
