- Single bed, profiling, motor raises head and or feet. It works. It's comfortable. It has legs and headboard. There is staining to upholstery on one side and light staining of mattress and padded headboard.

- Well made, solid wood dressing table from the late 1950s. It has two drawers at the top that pull out and hinge around, as in photo, and two drawers that have sections and one large drawer. Comes with mirror. The top is well-worn from use and would benefit from some TLC. It matches a stand alone double wardrobe that is also available.

- Electric motors function well to rise up whole chair, raise the leg rest, and to tip backrest backwards. A very comfortable armchair. I think the fire label is still attached but will check. The upholstery is grubby and would benefit from a clean.
