Sofa bed (CT4) Gifted 23d - Double sofa bed. Frame in 2 parts which bolt together. Wooden armrests / sides and a drawer (not pictured) which goes under seat. Mattress with memory foam topping in reasonable condition (needs cleaning of storage dust).

Cast Iron Chimenea (CT4) Gifted 30d - Chimenea, has been kept outside so is weathered. The back leg has come away, could be easily fixed back on with some new bolts and washers.
