Doors and 1 handle (Stamford) 21d - 4 four-panelled doors. Different sizes. Plus, door handle, very basic, which is still attached to 1970s door, which is available too, or we can take the handle off. Measurements in millimetres. 2042 x 827 x 40. 1977 x 835 x 45. 1975 x 764 x 35. 1945 x 690 x 35. The hollow door that's been outside (so it may be unusable) 1905 x 750 x approx 40.

Limestone rocks (Stamford) 21d - Limestone rocks - lots. Different sizes: some big enough for a rockery, some fist- sized. Some weathered, some look freshly cut. Take what you need. First come, first served.

Baby/ child car seat (Stamford) Withdrawn 21d - For up to age 4: 0-18kg. This was second hand when I got it, but I have hardly used it for my granddaughter. You would need to check if OK fir a small baby, and check it is up to latest regulations. Needs a bit of a wipe down.

Plants (Stamford) Gifted 42d - Sage and 3 sorrels, all several years old. Hypericum seedling, small flowers type, about 6 inches tall.

Washing Machine (Stamford) Gifted 45d - Think Gizmos - TG910 - Portable Twin Tub Washing Machine with Drainage Pump. Use it anywhere where you have water and a drain, like a bath or shower, and then put it away in a cupboard. Very lightweight. Great for caravans and houses or flats with no plumbing or space for a full size automatic. I have run bleach through the hose, but you may still prefer to consider replacing the it, (they cost less than £10). Also, occasionally the spinner and the pump don't work at the same time, which you can correct by taking the back panel off, though the clothes still spin dry as well as in a full size automatic.
