Standard single bed size 3’ wide x 2 Needs collection from the flat on Sunday 28th or Monday 29th April. Third floor. There is a lift but it’s not very big. The stairs are quite wide and lead down to a service yard where a van could be pulled off the main road at the back of the flats. These beds would be a fantastic time investment for someone.

Free: Table (Hyde Park Square, W2) Expired 34d - Great light oak coloured wooden table which reduces down to seat 6 or pull out leaf to extend to seat 8-10. Lovely quality and in good order other than a couple of slight cracks in the surface which does not impede use. Will come apart for transport. Needs to be collected from the flat on the 3rd floor and carried down the stairs. There is a lift which may take the parts, but I’m not sure. There is off street parking at the back of the block where a van could pull in to load. The stairwell gives onto this back yard area. Measures 68” in its reduced length (shown in photo).

Free: Leather Chair & Footstool (Hyde Park Square, W2) Gifted 34d - Brown, deep, comfy and very good quality. It would have cost a lot but is being offered for free to a good home as too big for house move. Size - approximately Chair - 36 x 34 x 32”. Stool approx. 30” x 30”. Needs to be collected from 3rd floor. There is a lift but I’m not sure if chair will fit in it, stool would. Also have a 6-8 seater adjustable wooden table to offer (on a separate listing).
