Small armchair, approximate size H 29"x W 30" x D 30" , the 5 1/2" legs unscrew. Condition of the chair is good but there is slight wear at the front of the right arm. There is no fire retardant label attached to the chair, but I think it was purchased around 2009ish and sat in a bedroom for most of it's life!

Large suitcase approximate size H 22"x W 32"x D 9", has small casters, wear on the straps but other wise in good condition for it's age. It has spent most of its life being used for storage at home.
