Raleigh men's 10-speed bicycle (Billerica (Towne Plaza))

Raleigh men's 10-speed bicycle, 27" wheel diameter. This was originally a touring model, but the original seat and handles have been replaced. Originally purchased in the early 1970s. This is a bit of a "fixer upper" - at a minimum, the tires and tubes need to be replaced. I can't make any definitive statements about the operating condition of the brakes or derailleur, as this has not been used in at least 30 years.
