Looking for some freshly cut logs for shiitake mushroom cultivation for our back garden for the foreseeable future.
20cm wide x 60cm long roughly.
Fresh hardwood and cut within 6 weeks(the fresher the better as it gives the shiitake mycelium the best chance at out competing other wood decomposers)
Happy to share some shiitake plugs and innoculation advice in return.
