Original alligator purse I inherited. I used it a bit years ago and then it started to creep me out a bit to be totally honest, even though it's really cool. It clearly it needs a new strap. I have the piece of leather that came off the back. The inside is totally intact. Could be fixed or re-purposed! It's been cleaned.
