Retro 1970s lawnmower - doesn’t work (King's Hedges Ward CB4)

This lovely item was unfortunately serviced badly to the point whereby the blades don’t turn. It can be pulled backwards but cannot be pushed forwards! It’s really heavy due to the drum. I think it would make a lovely garden prop or for anybody who wants a mechanical project. Free to collect from Barton any late afternoon/ evening or weekend
