Faux Leather Armchair (PL4 Greenbank.)

I've got this chair which has a broken backrest however if you place the chair against a wall so that the backrest is supported then the chair is still perfectly usable and quite comfortable, seems a shame to just throw it away.

It has a small rip in the right armrest and one on the side of the backrest (see photos).
