Hospital style walking stick (Southport PR9)

Hello, I wondered if anybody had a aluminium “ hospital style “ walking stick they are no longer using please ?

 - Similar to the one in the photo

I cannot find one online to buy, they just seem to be much fancier ones , but I need something most substantial

If you do have one, I’d be extremely grateful
