TomTom XXL GPS (old technology) (Newark)

Model# 540-TM (Traffic & Maps). Discontinued very old model, but still works. The lastest copy of United States ONLY maps were downloaded from TomTom & installed by me in May 2025. The GPS doesn't have enough storage/memory for both the Canada & Mexico maps anymore according to TomTom.

This was/is a lifetime updates GPS. If the lifetime updates are tied to the device and not the previous user you are good to go.

You can download the TomTom HOME software (Go to www.tomtom.com & search for TomTom HOME) on your computer to update or change the maps. Resetting to factory settings is done on the unit & is very easy and then you can use your own settings/language.

Also including a universal window mount & the red bag it was kept it in so it wouldn't get damaged when putting it in the glovebox.


I'm sure there are still old school folks who would rather have a standalone GPS than use their phone. As usual I will dispose of at the electronics recycling center if there is no interest.
