Countertop dishwasher (Kessingland NR33)

I am a 71yr old pensioner with disabilities caused by 6 TIA's (mini strokes) in a single day in October 1998 while I was out with my son & our dog. The Tia's left me with short term memory loss, I have frequent falls at any time of day not all the time but without warning, my hands can shake not all the time but without warning which causes me to drop & break things quite frequently, my left leg can give way & I fall, not every day but frequently. Could anyone kindly donate to me a non plumb in countertop dishwasher so I don't keep dropping & breaking crockery, glasses etc when I wash up after a meal. I would very very grateful if a kind helpful person could do this for me!
