PA system (55th & Valmont Boulder)

The owners of our mobile home park have decided to discontinue their ownership of their park. The steering committee trying to arrange for our community to purchase the park is holding weekly Q&A sessions with residents to both update them on our progress, answer their questions and address their concerns. Our best space for doing that is outside in the recreational area behind our office. Unfortunately this makes communication a challenge. A small sound system with a microphone and a speaker would be very helpful. Does anyone have a device that would assist in our endeavor? We'd gladly accept any suggestions you might have to help us with this. Thanks in advance for your help.
