Want

A woman who was abandoned by her husband in 12/2014 is in critical need of a GOOD Divorce lawyer who is willing to take on her case pro bono. Her old firm dropped her after getting absolutely NO WHERE, yet billed her $7,500+ in fees/costs (I have reviewed these invoices and found a lot of double billing, billing her for other clients' matters, and have helped with letters to the law firm regarding these issues, the law firm will not even respond). Her husband has chosen a prescription drug over his family. He has turned into a raging monster. He has abused her and all 5 children physically and mentally since being on this drug. She, and her 5 children, are starving, the children all need new sized clothing and there has been no spousal and/or child support. She homeschools all 5 children. The husband has not paid the mortgage, taxes, refuses to sign their income tax refund, her car was repossessed among a LOT of other things. There is a friend of hers whom is an attorney and trying to help her, but he's over his head and knows nothing about divorce law (he has now billed her, so far, over $4,000). She used to have $11,000 which was her inheritance from her mother. Now, she has nothing. No one, including the firm that dropped her after basically raping her of $7,500, has gotten anywhere with the Court/judicial system. The husband's discovery was due in February. The Judge has done nothing. No contempt of court, nothing. Spousal and child support is desperately needed. Emergency motions have been filed for support. The Judge has done nothing. She needs a KICK *SS, STRONG, DEMANDING, GET IT DONE attorney. Right now, she does not have that. If there is a person out there that has this type of experience (a kind heart) and a STRONG, GET IT DONE attitude, willing to work on a pro bono basis, would you please contact me? I will then put you in touch with her. She will be losing her home since the mortgage and taxes haven't been paid. I cannot imagine this professional woman and 5 children with no place to live, no clothing that fits and no food. Please, if you are that person, that STRONG attorney, contact me.
