These weigh like 50 to 85 pounds, I bet. Please don't expect to use them for anything you're going to move, like temporary picnic tables. They're probably too heavy to use as replacement doors, if your door frame is only built to hold light weight residential doors, especially hollow bedroom doors, which hardy weight anything. They'd make good heavy duty work benches, and maybe heavy shelving for a concrete floored garage. Folding tables? Definitely not! Besides, by the time you buy or build saw horses, or flanged bolt on legs, you could probably rent several light weight folding tables. I picked up 12 or 15 interior flat, natural wood grain, heavy doors from the NN City Online auction. I thought I'd use them for attic shelving, but they're far to heavy that that. They'd make good work benches, tables, or counter tops (for laminate), I suppose. A couple are fire rated at 20 minutes. One is rated for 1-1/2 hours. 3 of them still have locksets. I've already removed all hinges and hydraulic closers. A few have holes where windows used to be, but most are totally flat and smooth. Some are 36 inches wide and slightly more than 79 inches tall. Others are narrower and only 79 inches tall. A few might make good computer desks, where you can route the monitor cable/s through the old door knob hole. Those with the windows might make good desks and use the hole where the window was for your garbage can. Pick up one or a couple. but I don't want them all to go to the same place. They'd likely be wasted, I think. I'm in Newport News, Village Green neighborhood, behind the Macy's of Patrick Henry Mall, near Hampton Roads Academy, near Exit 256A of Interstate 64. Please tell me what you'll use them for and from where you'll be coming from. I'll give priority to those who promise to use them for work benches, and who are already on the peninsula here, near Newport News. -paul
