Phillips Hair Clippers (used)
I think it is model QC5070.
I bought it 8 years ago, it was useful for short hair cuts similar to "number one all over" at the barbers.
It's supposed to allow you to cut hair to a length between 3mm and 42mm: this is done by twisting the base of the handle which gradually increases or decreases the clearance between the cutting blades and the comb/guard.
I didn't use the variable option, I had an extra comb piece which is fixed, I believe it is 1.6mm.
The only problem is that the extra Comb piece for 1.6mm cutting does not clip into place with a nice secure retention anymore.
So I used to have to cellotape it to the unit, and use it carefully.
So, it's suitable for very short hair or possibly for beard/stubble. Or you can try the variable-length attachments.
It's electric and the charger is still with it, once charged the integrated battery will allow you to use it cordessly.
I have not used it for a few years, and I'm not going to test it, but it switches on and runs so I guess it works fine.
Naturally, since it is used, there are bits if hair on it. I've given it a brief clean but not a thorough clean.
If you are not comfortable with it having bits of hair on it, give it a miss. It would be easily cleansed if you take the bits apart and brush them or rinse the bits wher suitable. It's in a case.
